La Casetta, like the main villa, is a charming stone house built in 1920, when Podere Prasiano was a working farm producing milk for the renowned Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. With a master bedroom and two single beds in the open space, it’s the perfect retreat for 2 to 4 guests over the age of 12.

Recently renovated in a traditional country style, La Casetta boasts handcrafted oak furniture, doors, and stairs made by local artisans. The terracotta floors and wooden ceiling beams create a warm, rustic, and romantic atmosphere. The soft gray-blue of the shutters, a traditional color of Modena and the medieval village of Festà, adds to its charm. Surrounded by organic aromatic herbs, vibrant flowers, and lavender bushes, it is a true sanctuary of peace and tranquility.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining room, and a spacious bathroom with a window. However, you’ll likely spend most of your time on the private terrace, enjoying meals al fresco with a glass of our organic wine. La Casetta is just a few steps away from the infinity pool and offers an exceptional vantage point to admire the legendary sunsets of Podere Prasiano.
